TikTok star Khaby Lame, the world’s most followed content creator with over 160 million followers, has secured a R14 billion deal through his company, Step Distinctive Limited.

The Senegalese-Italian businessman launched the entity to manage his growing portfolio of commercial ventures, including brand partnerships, e-commerce, and global business operations.

On 23 January 2026, Lame sold a stake in Step Distinctive Limited to US-listed Rich Sparkle Holdings. The agreement grants Rich Sparkle exclusive rights to Khaby Lame’s brand for a period of three years.

As part of the deal, Lame also becomes a key shareholder in Rich Sparkle, retaining an influential role in the company, overseeing his worldwide business ventures. The partnership spans brand endorsements, licensing agreements, and online commerce linked to his content.

Following the announcement, Rich Sparkle revealed plans to develop an AI-powered digital twin of Lame. The technology will use his likeness to create content in multiple languages and support livestream shopping initiatives.

Rich Sparkle said the venture will initially roll out in major markets, including the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Khaby Lame’s rise from an unemployed factory worker to a global digital powerhouse continues to inspire millions—proving that, in the creator economy, the sky is no longer the limit.
